A 31 year old Reds fan Sean Leonard passed away last weekend in Berlin whilst on holiday with his mates. He was a season ticket holder & loved the club. Some of you may have seen it shared on Facebook & twitter already but his family & friends would like as many people as possible to join in with a minutes applause in the 31st minute for him so I thought I'd share it on here as I've not seen it mentioned. He was a lovely fella & deserves a great reception. It's been shared on some Wednesday pages so hopefully the whole stadium will join in.
I played 5-a-side football with Sean most Friday's for the last 8-10 years. I spoke to him the previous Friday. He told me that he wouldn't be playing as he was off on a stag do the following week. We got told the news early Saturday morning and to say we were all devastated is an understatement. He genuinely was a smashing lad. We are still planning on playing tomorrow but going to finish a bit earlier and raise a glass to Sean. RIP Ice T. You were a top top lad.
