What, giving it to our fans ? (but I bet we were giving as much to him in the first place lol) Hopefully though if it means hes staying with them, they will carry on struggling with him next season.
They are welcome to him. Be in no doubt they were rubbish today. With LJ in charge and without Tammy Abraham they will get relegated next year
The stats (if they should count for anything) say different though, and the worrying fact at the end of it all is that we've blown another lead twice and lost again. And allegedly to a team who were rubbish.
Ok and like Ive said, I wasnt there. I was making a comment more about us losing after having the lead yet again, and that is a fact regardless of what the excuses are. And it worries me if this was against a team who somebody else said were rubbish, then what does that make us exactly ?
Our lot never learn. We're at a place where we haven't won for 25 years, and we're one nil up. What do we do? Get behind our lads or goad the home fans and manager? You just know what's going to happen in these circumstances. It rarely ends well. I think as a football manager though, little Lee let himself down by responding in the manner he did, and it was an admission that they'd got to him. I just thought it was quite funny that he was walking around punching the air after leading his expensively assembled team to safety after it was he that had put them in peril of relegation. What a way to celebrate mediocrity eh? Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
Well I'm a gambler and I've won a bit of money over the years (not many can say that) and this is my bet for next year a £20 Treble Lee Johnson and his Bristol City to win the Championship and Donald Trump to start a 3rd World War and that Teresa May to lead us down a Brexit road of oblivion. Hope I'll live through it to spend my winnings.
Genuine Question... What did he do? He's still not very well liked down here by the majority, although it's got far less vocal recently. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
What did the slimy piece of rat **** Lee Johnson do or say, and why should we care anyway eh lol ? And yes now the game against Johnson's team has gone, so come on eh lads, hes nothing to us and lets forget about him Lets think about our own team now eh, instead of the Fowls or Johnson's despicaple Bristol. !
He walked around the pitch applauding the home fans, hugging the players and punching the air, then when he got to us he started waving to us and doing it even more. Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
You'd have thought the Wendy game would have taught people not to goad as it only makes who you're goading more determined to get one over you. As for celebrating staying up I agree but we did it ourselves at Huddersfield.
We did mate, but the big difference is that flicker didn't put us in that position in the first place, and we really did look destined for league one when he took the reins. Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
Not really the same. We were fans celebrating staying up after excellent second half of season our manager had taken over in the new year changed the formation and way we played, he kept us up. Johnson is celebrating keeping a team up that he almost relegated himself, Bit like Lee Clark at brum
Enjoyed my trip to Ashton Gate Brizz. Lovely stadium and unrecognisable from my last visit. We parked at the cricket ground and walked in with a Bristol fan, who wasn't keen on Johnson, and pretty much sounded like we did when he was with us. Johnson probably thought he'd had the last laugh yesterday, and that he'd seen the end of us, but it's not Barnsley fans that were putting up banners across the town. As much as the Bristol fans were applauding him yesterday, there will be many that will be waiting to jump on him next season, because all he's done this season is remedy a problem of his own making. He's still got it all to do next season. Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
