Seems to me that some on here think that anyone questioning the reliability of a source because of its richly deserved scumbag reputation is a warped left- winger. Mindst, sooner be accused of that than be seen to empathise with right-wing racist, Islamaphobic and even Homophobic claptrap.
It's a fact that Consultant Philip McAndrew, who was convicted of downloading indecent images of children to his computer in 1998, is or was employed by Barnsley Hospital. His own LinkedIn profile puts him as working at Barnsley Hospital from 2001 to present as an Associate Medical Director and Consultant Radiologist. The source happened to have leaked this information to the Sun. It's a pity it wasn't leaked to the Barnsley Chronicle or a more credible paper. But it doesn't alter the facts. Barnsley Hospital may have been aware of his conviction and he may have complied with his conditions. That's up to Barnsley Hospital and the GMC to investigate.
I have no interest in any of the mainstream media. As for The Sun absolute liar ******* scumbags who demonise working class people. Who called football fans trying to look after their friends the scum of the earth. Who called my dad and grandad and uncles the enemy within. Who hack the phones of dead kids. Yeah mate. If hating them and everything they stand for is 'snobbery' than I'm a proud snob. Enjoy the gutter and its press. If something is 'popular' does that make it a reliable source of information ? Mein Kampf was once the worlds best selling book.
And the best selling book of all time states as a fact that a man could walk on water. And that that man's dad was a man who lived in the sky.
