This is a nightmare. We managed to get a cheaper guy out 3 hours ago and he's still here. It turns out the reason he's cheap is that he doesn't know what the bloody hell he's doing. He plays at being a locksmith in his spare time. He's already broken the screw holding the barrel in and he can't get the rest of it out. All I reckon he needed to do was adjust the hinges. I can see we're going to need a new door at the end of this.
