Yes we did. Amazing sights. The day we did the fairy pools. It was a windy day. So windy that some of the smaller waterfalls were getting blown back up.
Also passed my favourite Loch name on the way to Skye. Not Loch Ness. Not Loch Lomond. I give you- Loch Lochy.
It's good to hear how much you enjoyed your holiday up there, old mate. I love the Scottish Highlands and, for me, nothing beats the Great Glen, with Loch Ness, Loch Oich & Loch Lochy.
I remember Alan Rough, who sadly tried to commit suicide after a particularly embarrassing performance between the sticks at Wembley. At the tube station on the way home after the game, he dived in front of a train as it entered the station. Fortunately for him, the train went under his body and he survived.
