Seems everyone thought his performance today wasn't up to standard. I thought he was our best player personally, trying to actually drive us forward and take the game by the scruff of the neck! The best of a atrocious bunch though!
He wasn’t bad. I know there was never any real support/movement off the ball for any player today but I thought Yiadom always wanted too many touches.
I thought he was selfish and short sighted, he had multiple opportunities to get a cross in but seemed more concerned to keep the cameras on him, continually trying to beat 3 players and failing
Even a muppet might score if they get a cross into the box, sadly Yiadom although getting into good positions didn't deliver
Nope, I normally think he's great but he dwelled on the ball far too long today. Lots of times when he should have passed more quickly and as usual he takes about 5 hours to take a throw in.
Listening to Talksport commentary on the way home from work - Redders on co-comm. Both he and commentator spoke well about Yiadom's performance; said he really stood out.
According to stats, Fryers was our best player and Davis our worst. Our pass success rate was 6% better than Leeds as was ouraccuracy in passing 220 to 175.
You could kind of see that Yiadom is a good player having a bad game. Some of the others are just bad players. The only time Fryers got touch tight to Saiz was when he shook his hand at the beginning and end of the match.
I thought he did ok, but continuously had no support and bad to twist and turn to keep the ball. When Potts or whoever finally showed, they often shanked it back to yiadom who had to try to find space again. Yiadom took on three players and passed to Potts. Yiadom ran offside, Potts passed it back. Idiocy.
