    I'm never negative, but tonight is a bit of a turning point for me.

    Where the **** has our heart and fight gone? I'm utterly despondent watching this. Not only is there no fight but theres no skill on show either. We're being hammered by a poor Reading team. We've made them look like a good side.

    I said it on the weekend, we need a Shez, someone to go through a brick wall, but alas we haven't anyone willing to go through a sheet of A4 paper.

    Gardner is the worst player I've ever seen, and Williams is having to the job of 3 central midfielders on his own. The lads a kid, but he's doing everything.

    Ugbo is a waste of a shirt and a wage. And unfortunately Potts is playing wide right, badly. Its not his position at all. These last 3 games, Hecky has made some errors for me, starting last week against Cardiff.

    I felt that on Tuesday against Cardiff, and same tonight.

    We've spent about 6m this summer. We've not replaced Scowen and he would have cost a fraction of that in wages. We've signed 3 decent Championship standard players this summer and 2 of them arent ours. Lindsay, Williams and Barnes.
