That's right Radders did the original version in 1996 of the BBS and we re-built it in time for the Premier season - that then ran for 3 years and we gave it to Barnsley FC for them to bl**dy sell it to NTL!! Various other people then spun up BBS sites. This one is great!

I started approx 1998 on the old site, think I was on as Winnie but could be wrong, then changed to Terry Nutkins after I lost my log ins around 2000.

Still don’t really know why I chose that moniker but it’s stuck.

It’s good to see so many more from the old days have shown up on this thread. I used to see Windy quite a bit in town after games but not seen him for years, he blocked me off Facebook for some reason.

If anybody can get Dillinger back I’d be eternally grateful. He along with the Hartog set were comedy gold.

This place is definitely poorer for it.

I’d even welcome Oscar and Mrx back along with Stevie, at least there was some battles and nonsense.

I used to read some of the old incarnations, but didn't start to actually post until a few years ago.

Some of the humour from the likes of The Full Ponty etc was fantastic, but I'm not sure how it would go down today...

 

Yeah I posted earlier in the thread to say Dirk was Extremely Northern. We both tend to put the world to right on Facebook now so we don’t get legal letters from the club

Im 99 percent sure you were in the same class as my cousin (nick) at foulstone.

For some reason i do recall you might have had a running joke with the nutkins name over summat.

I might be way off as it will be 20 odd years ago now.

 

Lord knows. Which Nick is your cousin? There was a fair few in my year, Hinton and Hudson were the ones I spent most time with.
