Assuming no recoveries from injuries or new signings

    Townsend

    Yiadom - Pinnock - Lindsay - Pinillos

    Mottley-Henry - Mallan - Gardner - Hammill

    Moore - Thiam

Yiadom is off so stick with Cavare at RB.

Surely it’s Isgrove at RM? He only had a dead leg and, as long as it’s not a Gardner dead leg, surely he should be back?

Got to be Bradshaw up front. He’s still our top scorer (probably will be by the end of the season too) and he’ll not stop working. Bring Mamadou on for impact for the last half an hour or so.

If isgrove is fit then yes but I want more if nobody comes back. I'd pick thiam over Bradshaw only based on today really and I don't think yiadom will leave this month

That does look like a poor team, does it not?

One bound for a level below.

Let's hope Hecky gets some players in this week.

No I don't think it does.

In pre season Townsend looked to have improved greatly (just like Davies did after a terrible start to his Barnsley career)

Yiadom is a quality player as are pinnock and Lindsay. Pinillos I have no idea about but he comes with a good reputation.

Hammill is a very good player who opponents **** themselves about every week (look how often he's double marked)

Gardner has improved immensely in the last two or three games and definitely looks championship material.

Mallan had a great game today and has done enough in the few previous appearances he's had too.

Moore has just scored 13 goals in 17 league 1 games.

I don't like this game anymore. There's always loads of players I want to leave out who I have to select because there's either no one else or the alternative is even worse.

Even Hammill, who I like a lot, isn't playing well. Although he's definitely putting in the effort.

Agree about that. It was a toss up between you and Townsend to be honest.

I think Mamadou has that flair factor in that he could do some extraordinary but, at the minute, I can’t see him as a regular scorer. Which is why I think impact sub is a good role for him now. I’m hoping that once he gets 1, he’ll get a run together and score a few but that’s just me hoping really.

I’d love Yiadom to stay as he’s one of our best players but I just can’t see it. Especially with us signing a left back. Cavare/McCarthy for right back and Fryers/Pinillos at left back.

I missed the Reading game as I was away, and I haven't bothered with away games this season, so I haven't seen us score since 2nd November. Why would I want to pick any of those players.

Is that really how long it is since we scored at home if you take out the reading game? I hadn't realised it was that bad to be honest.

I hope we have a least another 2 new players in for selection next weekend, with championship experience.

Townsend has improved that much he went on loan to Solihull Moors...

    Lindsay is weak too

He couldn't go on loan to a league club as the window was closed and HE asked to go out to get first team football.

Maybe we do but as I've said before he's employed as a goalkeeper so should be treated as one. And he actually did look good in pre season
