    God forbid someone's not as expressive as some of the shout-a-lot-managers. He's got plenty of passion. Didn't he even get sent off twice in the last two years? And do you know how he talks and what he says in the dressing room? Or at the training ground? I like having a manager/head coach who's levelheaded and doesn't act like some kind of toddler whenever things don't quite work out the way they're supposed to.
