If Hecky goes it won't really be that much of a disaster.... It will be sad that a homegrown lad has gone to a rival but our form for the last 12 and a bit months has been abysmal and something has to change or we are going down.

Look beyond where hecky is from and I think he would have gone before Christmas. We just aren't winning matches home or away and that's what I judge barnsley football club on.

I do believe the players we have are good enough to keep us above 3 teams this season but I am struggling sometimes to understand the tactics and I feel someone a bit more experienced needs to come in and get some wins if hecky does go to Leeds.

 

Irrespective of how good you think he is as a Manager, this is the worst possible time for Hecky to go anywhere let alone Bellend Road. Whilst I am worried that he might be off, I'd be more worried if Ben Mansford was still there. Hopefully PH will take the "Better the Devil you know" route and at least wait until the Leeds job comes up again at the end of the season.

 

It's not about how good or bad he is now it's about how he grows and flourishes and how he learns with his team and how we can support that so we all keep growing - or we get another and go down then another and backwards we go again - we have a good foundation and need to have the balls to carry on

People have their own opinon. I couldnt care less wherw our manager comes from as long as he delivers. So saying someone who doesnt share the same dim view as you should support wesnesday is absolutely ridiculous.
