    I don’t know what to think about this. Bizarre is perhaps the best way to sum it up.

    Good luck to the bloke! It seems a strange choice but who knows. Imagine he doesn’t come cheap, even as a coach.

    Seems like Nixon has got this spot on - he said a Portuguese fella a few days ago.

    I'd imagine he worked under Mourinho at Porto, Chelsea, Inter and Real Madrid. Two others that previously worked under Mourihno turned out ok, Karanka and Villas-Boas.

    I'd be happy with him, maybe with Harsley as number 2? If he fecks off Harsley should be ready then to have a proper stab at the job.

    If it’s were summer id be buzzing about this but not sure it’s the appointment to keep us up. Time will tell. Certainly got pedigree so hopefully can get some structure and if hes learned off Jose could make us hard to beat.

    Some of the clubs on there like Chelsea, Inter and Madrid will have given him amazing experience and working under Mourinho too will have surely helped him a lot. But it is a worry that he doesn't tend to stay at a club for a long time before moving on
