    Thiam heavily involved yet again.

Doesn’t look a natural scorer but has something, maybe RW could just be his position.

They looked terrified of the cross and big Moore. Lets have plenty more like it please...

Thiam appears to be working well with Yiadom. Allowing him to get forward where possible and cause problems. Thiam has always had a decent cross on him for me. A lot was made about his lack of effort against Wednesday, but otherwise, he's not been too bad in past games.

Thiam, Moore and McBurnie, dream team. Roberts looks like a headless chicken with no clue how to defend a ball.

Always thought Robbo was superb against big men with us. Must be a confidence thing

I think we are seeing the manager make his first start with the team.

A lot were negative about Gardiner & Williams starting together, but I thought looking at the line up it made sense.
In effect they are defenders in this system, with the two CB's & the two full backs push on. You have 4 offensive players, 4 defensive players & the wide two are a combination of both. We are playing a direct game of football, like the second half versus Burton. It makes perfect sense for now.

I don’t personally buy into the fact that two players simply can’t play next to each other. I think today is testament to the fact that it probably depends on the instructions given. Gardner was given mor attacking freedom and wasn’t stepping on Williams’ toes.

Overlapping full backs and potts/Gardner charging in late was very effective. Good show
