Please desist from making defamatory "In the know" posts about current or ex-players. It could prove very costly to yourself if they take umbrage for your incorrect "I've heard that he is xyz" posts. More importantly, it put's me and the site at risk from similar action. I've removed the thread in question.

Why? Do the BBS transfer threads leave the creator of such thread or the administrators at risk of litigation as a result of making defamatory statements? I’m yet to see one that does.
