    I was hoping he would be given the chance to get them promoted next season from L1. They might have a revival now. Or not...

    His post-match interview on the Ch 5 show last night was cringe-making. His face and quivering voice were those of a defeated man and it was obvious that the sack was coming. I'm sure he knew what would happen taking that job but he is one of those desperate football people who will grab any job going because they know it might be their last. Although, in Cotterill's case, something will always turn up. Maybe at Barnet, or Forest Green. Some kind of "big" job, somewhere.

    He will get another job somewhere he always does. He will doubtless point out the club was already sinking.
    Shame he has gone though there is a risk a new man may keep them up like ‘Arry did last year
