https://who-called.co.uk/ Normally marketing numbers will come up on this. Your number just comes up as international call from Pakistan. So it's probably just some kid in Lahore messing about with his dads phone unless of course you have friends or family in Pakistan
International call from Pakistan ( google who called me) could be owt your laptop/ computer has got a problem (scam) etc. Personally I would ignore.
My wife is getting similar on her Mobile. She phoned Vodaphone and was informed it's a scam originating in Pakistan. She asked them if they knew that, why weren't they blocking it on their network.? She didn't get an answer. I've just quit Vodaphone and taken a Samsung handset from Virgin. Early observations are, that the Virgin customer service experience is a lot better than Vodaphone.
You can get phones that do that as well - I got a BT phone that you can setup to screen all calls except those on a white list - trouble is for example our doctors for some reason always rings with number withheld so I dont use the blocking - other than you can "block" numbers so even with screening turned off, if it rings with a previously blocked number showing you can ignore it. In any case unless the OP has relatives or friends in Pakistan at the moment its either a scam or marketing call from a call centre so can safely be ignored.
I bet you have won on the Lycamobile lottery mate. I had one from a similar number, told me I had won their free lottery prize
Call em back it could be the king of Pakistan offering you a great investment opportunity. All he asks is for you to forward your bank details to him and bobs your uncle. I’m just waiting for mine to be transferred
