A player who works his socks off, who wins headers & creates space I'd probably want one of the countries in form strikers who's full of confidence after making his international debut pretty close to him up front, not out wide.

If I don't want that then I'd probably look to play 2 wingers out wide with pace to put crosses into the box & ask a midfielder to get close to him.

If we're on top in a game that you must win, I wouldn't take off your biggest attacking threat and tell your midfield to sit deep leaving your target man in a half on his own.

If we're winning with 5 to go & my target man is injured I'd probably put some fresh legs on in our top scorer who's sat on ghe bench and played that role all year.

If I was a football manager I wouldn't play Zeki Fryers.

If I was a coach, I wouldn't hang my players out to dry & drop them from the 18 if they make a mistake.

If I was in charge, I'd sack Jose Morais tonight.

Aye, you’d still be giving context to Paul Heckingbottom though, eh?

If Paul Heckingbottom had Kieffer Moore & Oli McBurnie with Mahoney too we'd have 6 more points than we have today.

Doubt it and from what I've seen of Mahoney he wouldn't get in my lads under 8s side. When he came on against Fulham never seen a player with so little interest.

Agree with that, and unlike the monkees, I'm not a believer.

Speculation. Mahoney has shown nothing either when he’s been seen either.

Perhaps he should have hung around and given the new board a chance instead of running away and penalising them for what went before.

I was right behind him until the end but all the context afforded him isn’t being afforded to Morais. We are still riddled with players not good enough often enough and were a (yet another) goal keeping error away from a win.

Putting Bradshaw on today to do his usual “hard work” would likely as not have had any different impact.

We must’ve averaged about 2 shots a game under Hecky so I seriously doubt that. Tactics were *****.

Did you afford Paul Heckingbottom “context” and not want him sacked?

You’d still have Danny Wilson in charge and make sure James Cryne was no where near Oakwell.

For Christ sake. As said previously, Hecky didn't have McBurnie and Moore. I really think they're a good partnership. He had Ugbo and Thiam.

I did not want him sacked. I know you hate "the coward" but don't be daft.

They are two players. Adam Davies still wouldn’t be up to scratch for example.

I hate the fact he walked out on us in this situation yes. Perhaps he should have hung around to get the benefit of those two players

I'd be calling for PH to go too if he'd have not shown improvement with Moore & McBurnie coming in or if he'd have perservered with a system that didn't fit his squad or was as negative as Morais is.

My support for PH was that despite all the context he was obviously working with what he had. Playing a system that tried to pick up points & was playing with the hand he was dealt. JM isn't doing that & for all his experience of World football the stuff I've listed above proves he hasn't got a clue.

We are creating more chances than we’ve done all season. Don’t get what is negative about it

Jesus that 2nd spell was abysmal just my opinion but some of the worst football I've seen watching us.
