Well on the 1st of Feb 2017 we were 8th in the league with 44 points. From the reaming 17 games we took 14 more points with only 2 wins 8 draws. so add the to this season and we get played 59 points 52. Wins 10
Yes. Moore McBurnie, Yiadom are better than anything they have got and Fryers is worse the rest are at the same level so overall we are better.
Evaluate the current manager and whether his output is good enough or not stop looking backwards all the time. In comparison to Jim Iley Jose is brilliant. Does that help us avoid relegation. If you want to look backwards acknowledge that we were awful to watch and struggling under Hecky but he had kept us out of the bottom 3 for pretty much the entire season.
I bet if you had to do a best eleven out of the two squads it would be a fairly even split. Anyway, it matters not. They're ****, we're ****. We've got four games left to be less **** than them. If that dunt inspire you nothing will!
He had and that in itself was a miracle but the trajectory was downwards. His form at Leeds leaves a lot to be desired too. For me he had run out of ideas and hence jumped ship at the third opportunity. We would have lost that game at 2-1 under him for me.
That's true and the Davies situation we have to put up with, thankfully for only four more games before we can get rid of him. The other two can't be playing next saturday.
The only one mentioning Hecky here is you, constantly, I thought this thread was about the lack of new manager bounce that all the other sides seem to get with a new appointee! We have less points than all the other clubs at the bottom , other than Sunderland, that is a fact, whether we would have even less points under Hecky means nothing. Just for the record, I thought Hecky was over rated.
That’s toyally true, we were not scoring or creating before, now we do both. But sadly we ship More goals.
If you go from the start of Jan 17 to the end of Jan 18 you get 52 games 11 wins 50 points If you take it from the end of Jan 17 you get 46 Games 8 Wins 41 Points. Which oddly enough is about What we are on course for now.
That's your opinion amiobi caused liam Lindsay all kinds of trouble yesterday I bet liam had nightmares about him. He was the most dangerous forward on the pitch. Moore was quiet after the yellow. And it was a team who have already beaten us in the return fixture.
My point was the same people who were saying give hecky time and making all the excuses under the sun for him are on joses back already. Just think it's double standards.
Almost every post I seem to read of yours Red is having a go at Hecky, fair dos he aint above criticism and never was, but maybe its time to talk abart other things and stop all these comparisons. Laying the blame or giving it the I told you so ( not all you I know) doesn`t win anyone anything. Also yer beginning to be like Dreamy with his anti Hammill fixation. Lets hev more of how you use to be please, either that or just tell mi to **** off.
How many goals has he scored this year? McBurnie has more in 12 games. Madine left they aren’t the team they were then. Did you go?
