Sad to hear that he's terminally ill with cancer ... unlucky with injuries while he was with us. Thinking of him and his family at this difficult time ...
That's awful. My mate used to babysit for him when he played for Lincoln. Said he's the loveliest bloke you could ever meet. So sad.
Terrible news. I only saw him play once I think, the game that he snapped his Achilles tendon, a league cup game at home, ironically against Lincoln who we signed him from.
Big Kev says he does have pancreatic cancer, but it's under control and reports that it is terminal are false. Source - BBC Sport
Cheers - It's all about what you can do and about time my bloody football team learned what they could do too - still time
Let's hope that this is the case. I used to work with one of the top gastroenterologists in Russia. He said that pancreatic cancer is horrendously difficult to treat for many reasons. Good luck Kev.
