yes or no, I know there is another thread on this. But a poll is much better IMHO.

Im afraid Ive got to agree with the negative comments about him now, that starting line up and formation at Leeds was just ridiculous and its cost us yet again. He was probably the wrong choice after all and while he has inherited a bad squad who are low on quality and confidence, him staying on next season gets a NO from me.

I agree to an extent, I was a bit baffled with Bradshaw starting but we have to remember yet again that individuals couldn’t do their jobs

I agree there and even when Jose sends out what some of us think is a good team, he can't do anything about them failing to do their jobs properly.
But his baffling choices are as bad as (or even worse now) than the bloke before him. And theres no doubt that with better or more professional game management from him, we'd be about 7 points better off right now.

And without the individual errors we’d be 30 points better off...

But what is the alternative, as the players have been doing this for the last 15 months now and we just don't have a good squad at all anymore. Under both coaches, how many games in that damn awful time have we stuck with the same starting 11 in successive matches.
It can't be too many can it, and thats one of the many things that come under my description of bad game management.

It can yes but perhaps the fitness levels aren’t there to do it, who knows

If the squad is ***** (which it obviously is) then you need a manager/head coach/whatever to get the absolute most out of them. Properly organised at set pieces, defensively sound without the ball, and that can maximise the opportunities we create.

I don't think Jose is the man who can do this.

And before the inevitable Heckingbottom related reply, he has nothing to do with this view of Jose. The two are unrelated.

I think the run of fixtures we've had should have seen us yield more points than we've accumulated and some of the tactics, set ups and approaches have been baffling.

Whatever division we're in I would welcome a new appointment

Ive always thought Thiam and Potts were overweight, but Moncur has outdone them both hasn't he in the overweight and unfitness levels.
How can modern day players like that be out of breath after almost an hour (and they've had a 20 minute break in between for HT), its a disgrace the more you think about it.

quite close innit. I think he should be given the chance to build his own team first.
