To be fair the majority who post on Facebook appear to have a very limited grasp of the English language in general, so I'm not really sure what sort of yardstick they can be used as!

That's a very good point, as can be seen in most general elections.

What chance has any manager got with a squad that poor. It’s all well and good going for the Lower league players to hopefully sell on for profit model but every lower league signing is a risk and all we’ve signed is Lower league basically. Recruitment and contract renewals as been abysmal. Wolves were signing champions league experienced players while we were signing Ethan pinnock.
People banging on about mick McCarthy would’ve saved us, it’s still same players on pitch. If they haven’t got the heart and fight which is what most posters are saying then we were always going to be ******.
After the play off final victory all the contracts should have been renewed while the lads were on a high. Even if players wanted to leave 6 months later we would’ve got a lot more then we got which could’ve been invested back into playing staff.
