    This is why they're tired, nowt to do with training or how many minutes they have played, it's the 3:40am Twitter posts ;)

    As long as they get a good sleep between now and Sunday though it's nice to see the players caring.

    It's just a coloured circle but they can be used to show support for your team by choosing the appropriate colours.

    Thanks, can't find out how to do one on my phone - must try harder. After working with computers and technical stuff for 40 years, how come I'm always behind the times technically? Shabby.
