    Which immediately raises the question as to why we weren't "careful" when employing Morais. We were actually pretty damn negligent.

    I wonder if the manager recruitment process is managed by a spreadsheet?

    If it is, they need to take another look at the filters, cos someone forgot to include the points per game record on the last one.

    Before the Leeds game I overheard someone saying he had been told, on good authority, that James Cryne had wanted to offer the head coach job to Jack Ross, following Hecky's departure. He had, however, obviously been outvoted.

    Im sorry, call me cynical but i just have zero confidence that the people in charge know what their doing. I know nothing is certain in this game but it all just seems as though its a bunch of people not very experienced in the football world making hopefull stabs in the dark...... I really think an experienced individual in the world of football needs to be brought in a director of football kind of role. You would have hoped with the manner morais was dismissed that a replacement was in their sights.... I dont think there was and i dont think they have a clue which way to go. Hoping to be proved wrong.
