    Funny ain’t it. One minute too much in the atmosphere, and then the next we haven’t any for our ale or crumpets.

    Easy solution...…. when I make my home made cider I add one teaspoon of sugar into each bottle I fill. Called priming.
    It gives my cider a fizz and sparkle, just like bought stuff, effectively creating CO2.
    The breweries could employ many folks just to put one spoonful of sugar into all their bottles... job done.
