Reminds me of the Dutch team from late 80s to 90s..... A lot of talent but not really gelling as a team.

Belgium are the luckiest team and Martinez the luckiest manager. Great performance by Japan who deserved more. Vertonghen's goal was fluky, Falliani's goal had an element of good fortune as well. Lukaku again disappointing, why play De Brynne as a holding midfielder.

Had a good night with the betting on this match:
Had japan to win 2-1: cashed out because...
    I also had a 2-2 draw
Which happened so cashed out because..
I also had belgium to win 3-2
    Not bad.

France and Brazil both better than Belgium in my opinion.

Goal of the tournament (up to now ) Belgium’s 3rd
Goalie caught the ball carried on moving forward With his head up looking around , rolled the ball out quickly turning defense into attack schmeichel -esk
Two touches by midfielder moving forward with speed
Lukaku’s diagonal run from Right to left dragged there left back inside towards him plus centre backs also to cover his run which made space/ clear run for the overlap
midfielder to overlap 3rd touch , one touch cross into the box.
step over from lukaku who had carried on with his run into the box straight into the path of chadl who had run billy whizz style nonstop from about 25 yards from his own box overtaking most of the players on the field and then side footed the ball into the net

About 5 touches from goalie to the back of the opposition’s net
    Perfect.
