They're great aren't they? I live near Duxford and see many WW2 planes and especially Spitfires either on training flights or air displays. Plus of course the Red Arrows. My ex wife still works at Duxford, and we often went to displays there.

There is an air show at Southport tonight, not sure where they are based but could have been on the way We saw them last weekend for armed forces day in Llandudno, red arrows,followed by the WW2 memorial flight then a typhoon... they make a noise!!
Watched it over Wombwell with two escorts, one Spitfire and one Hurricane it looked like. Main bomber definitely the Lancaster
