Available soon. We won't tell you how soon but it's soonish, at some point, maybe, this year we think, probably, erm it could be before Autumn, we think, ish, sorta

How is it so hard to give a rough timescale and an explanation of why? If they can't give a date yet that means they haven't been dispatched from the supplier yet which means they aren't coming any time SOON

I like the black kit. It looks bespoke like promised - different. I was expecting something similar with the home shirt, but in red obviously. That looks generic, straight off the peg. Not that I really mind, it's alright, just not what I expected. It doesn't seem to match with the away shirt either, one having a collar and the other not, like they belong to different teams. But in the end it's a red kit and far from offensive.

Liked that video. Like most of the media content from the club to be honest. An area that has come on leaps and bounds in last few years.

Loving the whole nostalgia piece, but I’m someone who tends to enjoy the memories as much as the immediate results or success of the club on the pitch. Makes you realise the club is more than one person, owner, team, season.

Looks like it’s got a pattern in the material, but can’t tell what it is?

Quite like it. And as promised still has a bespoke element with the crest emblazoned across the chest.

As usual it's the badge which makes it look off the peg to me. As soon as they stick on the badge it looks like they've bought an off the peg shirt and just ironed one onto it. It's not that I hate the crest it's just the way it has the awful white background making it just a huge sewn on patch and making it look generic. If the badge had been just a white border with a white detailing inside it it would have looked much more bespoke as a shirt

Yeah it's the griffin from the town crest apparently. As you say, quite hard to make out on the images.

But just look at that awful stuck on patch for a badge. So tacky

Think its alright. Not sure what there is to moan about. Will be interesting to see what it looks like close up with the town crest embossed on it.
The away shirt is the better of the two though. Might even buy one of those

I swear to god, our club can't do anything right in some folks eyes...

    We've signed too many players
    We've not signed enough players
    Beers too warm
    Not enough pies
    Managers not English
    Shirts not released early enough
    Boards not spending any money
    Marketing is amateur
On and on it fooking goes...

And now this, we play in red at home, we bring out a red home shirt and people lose their shitting minds.

We literally have some of the worst & most self-entitled fans I know of.

My issue is just a general one about the badge but I don't particularly blame anyone at the club for that. I'm sure quite a few of those who work there agree actually but there isn't much they can do about the company logo without a big decision being made.
As for the rest of the shirt design Im 50/50 I sort of like it and sort of don't but as with the Ponty end artwork it's all subjective isn't it. It's certainly not a horrible shirt at all it just won't be to everybody's taste but that's why (unlike Jay) I like it when the home and away shirts have totally different designs because somebody who hates a collar can buy the other one.for example

Beers too warm, not enough pies, shirts too late, marketing is amateur. Aren't they all very valid complaints?

I don't actually think the marketing is amateur though, I think it could be improved but that the online marketing is much better than it was. Offline is another thing like but online much improved
