Looking increasingly likely that nobody except the players will be wearing the new shirt on the opening day of the season.

Remember when we used to play 'skins' at school, that was when the odd team out of three usually didn't wear a shirt, especially when it was indoor footy.
Well at least if we went with skins as our new kit, we as fans wouldn't have to pay a penny for the shirt (both home or away or 3rd), and we wouldn't have to queue up for it etc. The only worry though, is would the birds be able to fit into their skins shirts. :p

I was in the club shop yesterday and loads of people kept coming in to ask when the new kit would be available.

The guy behind the counter (wearing glasses - the Manager maybe?) just kept saying he didn’t know but the club hoped to be able to provide an update on availability soon.

He also said to one customer that the priority was making sure the squad had enough shirts for Saturday’s game....
