    Have they increased the width of the pitch significantly? It looked a lot wider on Saturday than it did last season!

    Significantly? Only if they shoved the stands back across Grove Street and the East Stand car park which were both still there last Tuesday.

    Just seemed quite a bit wider than previous seasons, but as you rightly point out, they haven't removed the first 10 rows of the East Stand!

    Even less space for the players to avoid those ridiculously dangerous advertising boards down the east stand side.

    Plenty of players for both teams have clattered into them before. Other occasions guys stop challenging for the ball or pull out of a tackle to avoid what could happen. Surprised they are allowed there. Even if they were further back they wouldn't hide the original advertising boards.

    Andy Gray once clattered into the west stand ones head 1st. It was a horrible moment. He got up after about 5 minutes and just carried on playing.

    Remember this well, sickening thud. Fair play to him though got back up and carried on. I'm sure from memory as well he was pushed!
