Say you had a warehouse in a prime location in Barnsley, with parking, and all the requirements ready to go to start a business, what would you do with it? The warehouse is 3,000 square feet and completely free of clutter and very clean and tidy and ready to start earning money. Your thoughts and suggestions would be greatly welcomed.
When you say prime location what do you mean? Prime location for industrial use? (ie good transport links) or prime location for visitors? How close to the town centre?
I mean on the busiest road in Barnsley, excellent transport links, plenty of parking for visitors approx. 2 miles from town centre.
Start a antiques set up where other dealers rent space. Although with it being Barnsley re phrase that to secondhand shop
EUREKA!!!!! a micro pub/brewery type establishment, but alas investment would be required as I'm pink lint.
If your last name is Cummins can I suggest a combo of a real ale place and a knocking shop. Call it Cummins Cider.
Hamelsworde brewery tap has closed in Hemsworth and is selling off his microbrewery barrels, pipes, fittings etc. Saw it online
Indoor paintballing - canbe set up with scrap cars, old containers and potentially a cafe dependent upon how much you want to spend. Again would require funding but all sorts of opportunities for parties etc and different zones - you'll have to have me as a partner now though!
