Turning into a real player. Big engine on him and touch of quality. Just needs to add goals/assists to his game now

Was just going to put up a similar post, was between him an young Williams at left back for my MoM yesterday, thought he was superb, never gave the ball away. Got the makings of a really top player based on that performance.

He was a pleasure to watch yesterday, he is a very intelligent player. I have had similar thoughts about him adding assists and goals to his game next but I am not sure if he is that kind of player, he seems more of a link-up player so far and yesterday he was excellent at that. Still very early days to judge him though and if he does end up adding assists and goals then we have got some player on our hands !!

Great quick footwork for the first goal, bamboozled their statues at the back. Decent player, more to come from him I suspect.

I said it after the Plymouth game that he should start against Peterborough as I think there’s a player in there. Let’s hope we start to see him a fair bit now.

I didn’t go yesterday, what position did he play?

Great touch, low centre of gravity and can pick a pass. Reminds me of Brian Howard

Bloke sat in front of me thinks he's absolute tosh . Nonsense of course , but it's funny how some people see the game differently .

I only watched on Ifollow but I have to agree with your comments on Williams he looked composed and far from a lad making his debut....

Pinnock was immense as well sniffing out any danger with ease and playing decent passes to keep us on the offensive.

After Tuesday the players took a bit of criticism from a few including me but they answered that perfectly yesterday.

    Somewhere around the midfield area.

Positions of all the players were very fluid

The guy behind me is still going off about Potts regularly. He may have a cracking game, make one bad pass, and he's supposedly completely rubbish.

That sounds good, we’ve certainly got a few “floaters”.

I’d like to see him more centrally as I thought his debut performance was much improved when he moved into the middle as opposed to the wing.

He reminds me of Goran Lovre. Can he play up front if need be?

Some very special potential in Mike Steven. I get the feeling that it will be realised soon and our midfield could be the best we've seen for some time.

Mowatt, Dougal, Bahre, Potts, Moncur (and well backed up by the squad)

If all of those played together and were at the top of their game you wouldn’t mind only having one striker, provided it was someone like Moore. We have a very mobile team this season. Pace, power and goals from everyone
