Think you could be right Micky. Terry has announced that he has hung his boots up
as of today. Strong hint that him and Thierry are poised to take over at Villa.

I can't believe that a man of Thierry Henry 's obvious dignity and intellect would want to work with a piece of rubbish like John Terry.

I kind of agree.....however I recall him deliberately keeping the ball in play with his hand before crossing for a late winner to send France to the European Championships in 2009 (thank you Google).

I'd be surprised if they went for a lack of experience. They need a Warnock who can get them up asap before the parachute money runs out and they stagnate. A club the size of Villa should be looking for someone experienced with a record of promotions.

Warnock wouldn’t fit at Villa imo .they wouldn’t let him bring the type of players he brings to create the us and them siege mentality he so much adores

I think they are crazy looking at these two. They want to be promoted and part of the problem this year was a reduced budget from last season. So lets get in two untried guys based simply on their days as a player and hope they can somehow get them promoted. They should be going for their life long fan Dean Smith at Brentford. He's done amazing year after year and would jump at the chance to manage his team.

I didn’t realise he was a Villa fan. Makes it even more baffling.

Couldn't agree more. It's a bit like when we plumped for John Hendrie. I love the bloke and he did an ok average job as manager but was never the right choice for the job.
