    A big well done to Adam Davies who has now kept 7 clean sheets in 13 appearances , fantastic effort , keep it going .

    Think the whole team deserves praise for our defensive record, with many of our clean sheets coming as a result of us dominating the ball and pressing high. Davies has looked better this year, but as shown on Tuesday, still needs to work on his ability to come for crosses and his judgement on when to do so. Still relatively young for a goalie though so should be able to improve on these aspects of his game. I think his kicking has improved this season dramatically.

    Agree completely.

    Incidentally, I turned to my brother during the latter part of yesterday’s game and said something like “he hasn’t put as many kicks out of play this season” and as much as I said it in a jokey manner, his kicking has definitely improved this season.

    Our defensive record is down to our pressing limiting chances to the opposition

    Let's be honest if a ball goes down either flank each of us in the stands worries because our full backs are woeful. If the ball goes into the air in the box we all **** ourselves because the centre backs and the keeper are crap on crosses

    ps well done on the attempted catch, yes it was dropped but we got a free kick gaining possession, rather than a flap out which invariably goes to an opponent who either smashes one in or over.

    You have managed to criticise both full backs , both centre backs & the goalkeeper in that one sentence , surely you can find something wrong with the midfield & the strikers & go for a full house .
