Yep...the The Maerzen is lovely, especially if you are partial to kippers :D

The Lager is lightly smoked and a more refreshing alternative/introduction.

Sells them both in the Elsecar Heritage ;)

Problem is pubs are struggling nowadays hence why so many close every single week and when you look back, Barnsley had loads at one point but 90% of them closed and tried reopening under a new name or theme and they still ended up hitting skid row.

The Kona beer I supped in Temple of Muses created a tidal wave that transported me safely home to Headingley. I'm not sure totally how this happened. There are few reliable witnesses.

For those of you who like the Belgium beers, may I suggest giving these guys a try as your suppliers. https://www.beerwulf.com/
Superb service, generally cheaper than Beerhawk, better mixed cases and you actually get what they say you'll get(unlike Beerhawk who will substitute most of the beers they advertise) and they regularly change the cases on offer. Also offer a good range of other continental beers. Only thing they lack is a good selection of English ales / IPAs, but as they are a continental company can't really blame them.
