I'm not sure out and out wingers is Stendels style, but that could be because he doesn't have an out and out winger. He seems to put more onus on the full back. I hope Hedges can break through and become a regular in that wide berth.

Just reminding myself of contracts, I suspect much of the coming and going may revolve around who signs new terms or wants to move on. Davies, Moncur, Jackson, Cavare (though a yr option), Mowatt and Hedges all out of contract in the summer. Will be interesting to see who the club try to tie down before seasons end.

I understand Stendels style of play is to use both FBs as wingers or additional wide support. It’s a risk reward approach that sometimes leaves us exposed but overloads the opposition defence.

On that basis I think we have 3 proven players and J Williams to develop at RB.

Additional CH and perhaps a GK although you never know what your gonna get unless they are well proven so why not get Davies signed up in a longer deal?

Personally I don’t think Victor is gonna progress into a top striker having watched him in the Checkatrade. I know he’s coming back from a minor injury but he seemed to lack all the basics of speed, power, positioning and movement. Brown is currently way ahead IMO.

We’d benefit from an additional striker.
