We used to have sea fishing trips from work, started out as fishing then a few drinks, then developed into a few drinks, fishing, a few drinks, then it became **** it , just a **** up, one year a new starter went, he got on the bus with all the fishing gear, got the **** ripped ot of him, he never made that mistake again.

I am proud of our team and what the club as achieved in my lifetime ,I remember Jim illey , RIP , when I thought the club anthem was illey out , its all we used to chant . and going to away matches was an exciting but dangerous past time , well football has come on since then and I like to think we are ambassadors for our club and what we do away is reflected on how we are perceived by the opposition clubs and has a significant bearing on how we are treated , by the home fans the clubs and the police ,at the places we visit following our team ,I know we have a fair share of moronic knuckle draggers but most of us are well behaved and enjoy the away day without getting pissed ,being abusive or violent , and I believe the presence and numbers of us at away games does help our players on the field , just look at the players after they scored the second goal at Akky, and the way the management and players show their appreciation of the fans at the end of games , so if tickets are scarce they should not be wasted , its got to be better if all those who are lucky enough to get a ticket use it to support our team ,

What a bloke. Such a open owner. He didn't have to share such private information and could have kept it undisclosed....

Glad we helped them so much with the takings. Time we got our own marquee now to take trade away from the town centre. Two quid a pint and quid a pint at full time after a win, just like Stanley do
