Just pulled onto M1 now at Northampton sk another couple of hours before were home.
Where do i start. Possibly the worst performance this seaaon by far and av only missed 2 all season Home Away and Cup. Terrible from every single player and Stendels subs too were baffling.
Thiam only one for me who can come away with praise as he was only one trying to create when he came on.
Play like that next week and Pompey will be having a early Xmas gift. A easy 3 points

Respect to you and the other die-hards who came down to see that. That was the quietest I've heard BFC away fans but there really wasn't much to sing about!

Totally agree. Many times this season when we've gone behind I've felt we're good enough to pull one back but I just couldn't see us scoring today. Wycombe pressed us all game long. Every time we got the ball they were in our faces, a little shove, a foot in, anything to put us off and it worked. We had no answer and they forced us into panicking on the ball and giving it away. I don't know if the Man City game had an effect but that's no excuse. Thiam was poor against City but was the only one that looked as if he might make a difference when he came on. Woodrow didn't do much but without decent balls into the right areas, he didn't have a chance. Kiefer was out wide far too often. We were disorganised but hopefully we'll pick ourselves up against Pompey as we did against Posh having struggled to a home draw against Plymouth the week before. It's early days and we're still a good side in this league. COYR

It worries me that the players are taking 'we're a good side in this league' for granted and forgetting that you have to show that week after week.

I’m home Farnham not too bad from Wycombe. Agree with pretty much all you put above. We were outplayed today and lucky it was only a 1 goal defeat. It seemed every player was below par. Davies made a couple of decent saves but I think he should have stopped the shot that went in. That saidWycombe should have scored at least another 2 but missed sitters

Mowatt was the only one to come away with any credit for me, did a lot of tidying up for the other three totally useless midfielders, helped Fryers out (whilst Moncur lazed about upfield watching) with Onyedinma after the former's first couple of new arse-splitting roastings and was the only one with enough gumption to have a shot in the first half. God knows why he was put to left back for the last ten minutes.
