Initial thoughts on another great win

Superb first half. Bähre untouchable but couldn’t fault any of them. Some of the moves we put together were sublime. When we’re in full flight, I don’t think I’ve enjoyed watching a Barnsley team as much as this one in my 19 years of watching them. Not saying it’s the best, far from it, but I love how we try to play.

Second half I thought the fixture congestion of last few weeks started to show. Poor decision from the ref gifted them a way back into the game otherwise I I think we’d have seen it out a lot more comfortably.

Bähre motm. Mowatt, Pinnock and Lindsay close behind. Not a bad performance out there though.

 

People have spoken about us hanging on a few times this season, but today was the first time I've felt really nervous and couldn't wait for the whistle.

Game of two halves, and even though we didn't have has much joy in the 2nd, we still had some chances.

The referee didn't help my nerves. 7 minutes of injury time and handing out free kicks like sweets didn't help.
