I'm having a problem watching videos on iFollow (also on sky sports) on my Win7 Laptop using Chrome. All I get is a black rectangle. Works in firefox. I don't have a problem on other sites such as youtube etc.

Works fine on my Win10 Laptop again using Chrome.

    Anyone got any ideas?

I had this problem a bit back on chrome and it turned out to be my adblocker add on that was causing it. Try disabling the add on to see if it then works..

Yes, you may need to enable plug ins.

I have the same problem on Windows 10 using the Chrome browser. I either use IE11 or Firefox (Do not like or use IE11replacement browser -'Edge'.)
I also have a similar problem with BBC in that IE11 displays the photos on the News website but Chrome displays a placeholder or a black box.
