    Motd questioning their latest mega bucks signing, russian under UN financial embargo (though quelle surprise - not fifa and premier) manager ..is it just me or does he look like a guy in goodfellas who wears white socks and flip flops who has found a perfect way to cook garlic in prison..won't be a sad loss to UK football if they just fooook off

    what i found funny yesterday......Callum Hudson-Odoi (18y).....they wont sell him to Bayern for 20 million because they think he can be a brilliant player, swiftly followed by the signing of a player for 58 million who plays in the same position. Young English talent really have not got a prayer of breaking through at teams like Chelsea.

    Ironically the player chelsea have signed was forced out the Dortmund team by a young english player...

    I think it happens at most clubs now though. I can remember a few seasons back where every time a decent Championship player became available Aston Villa signed them. Sometimes it's done on tip offs on whose going to be the be next best thing and they don't want to miss out to other clubs. Sometimes it's to stall the market and stop other clubs signing them.
