    I wasnt expecting a riot of incoming players - but I did expect a couple of incomings -
    I didn’t think we would be in this position, hoping not to see players leaving.

    Well even before potts left we needed signings so i would have thought we would have had at least one in early doors

    It’s simple then, don’t come on here. As the saying goes, If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. Rumours will remain exactly that until something happens. Who knows, you may read a headline saying we’ve signed a player.

    Depends how much faith you have in the owners, we have lost one player who could well have had a release clause but no one knows, yet we still tar them with the same brush as the previous owner. Why not just try being positive

    We've lost one player, and we might not have had much say in that. Anyone would think we'd lost the whole spine of the team, the manager, the kitman and demolished the ponty end.

    Yes.
    Stendel said he didn’t want Potts to go.
    Winkler said Stendel was misunderstood.
    Winkler also said there could be others leaving.

    What is there in what Stendel said which cannot be understood ???

    People had the impression Stendel wasn't consulted- Winkler corrected the journo by saying this was misunderstood. They were aware he was leaving. And of course they didnt want Potts to go.
