http://www.thefa.com/football-rules-governance/discipline/fairplay more to do with our style of pressing I would have thought than underhand tactics (which I wouldn't like).
I can’t see the table, change it to league one and it just shows the premier league sides. Can get the championship one, but not league one
We picked up some silly yellow cards on Saturday so I can believe this. Thinking of the Lindsay and Mowatt ones. I know the ref wasn’t great but we do need to be more disciplined.
Did Pinnock get booked at Sunderland when we conceded the joke penalty? If so ....or other similar incedents...it shows that some teams can get punished for bad ref. decisions.....but it doesnt make them dirty. Shrewsbury were awful and Charlton kings of theatre and dirty tricks.
I got bollocked from people around me (Ponty) for saying it was a blatant handball. He even used both hands FFS! My mates were all slagging the ref for "disallowing a perfectly good goal".
HaHa! I always try to call it as it is, but some will just shout for everything. It's quite funny sometimes.
Happy if we were the dirtiest team as long as we don’t have the embarrassing spectacle from last season when we allowed teams to come to Oakwell and pump us over a barrel for 90 minutes while we played fair.
Surprisingly only 5 league bookings for Dougall. Cavare also has 5. Mowatt, Pinillos and Lindsay all have 6. With more appearances to be fair. Special mention to Zeki Fryers who has the only league sending off so far this season despite only making three league appearances.
Don't think it's a table of nastiness. I think we just commit more fouls etc. because we use the high pressing game instead of sitting back. We haven't really had anyone who you might describe as 'nasty' since Mr Hourihane left. Loved him, but he wasn't averse to the odd 'off the ball' incident.
