Which one player would you be most disappointed to lose if a big bid came in?

Which one position is the most important to strengthen in this window?

Mowatt for me. Everything goes through him.

The position we need to strengthen? Not sure. We need a back up keeper in case anything happens to Davies as Walton is out for the season. Maybe a third striker.

I would have said winger with Potts leaving and Isgrove and Hedges made of bone China but hopefully Green can be that guy.

Central positions are our strongest. We have a very strong spine. Keeper, CB's, CM's and strikers are very good imo.

Tricky to just pick one not to lose but it would be either Pinnock or Mowatt for me - I'll say Mowatt but its close
Full back now we already got another winger

I think Waltons back in training.

If we could find a central defender who can cover at right-back I'd be very pleased.

We've only really got three central defenders and, from what I read on here, Jackson isn't happy.

There isn't much at right-back beyond Cavaré. Though if you count Brown as a right-back it makes that less urgent.

I'd be gutted if Moore went. He's unplayable when he gets the service.

I would say if we lost both Mowatt and Pinnock we are more or less in trouble

    Pinnock.

The only player in the squad with Premier league quality.

Moore and his goals. Need another striker for cover especially if woodrow is injured now.

Would hate to lose Moore, at this rate he'll be 25+ goals by the end the season, replacing that at this point of the season is impossible.

Would like another right back to push Cavare.

I think it would be Moore. We’d be up sh*t creek without him. That’s not to say I think he’s the most influential - that would be Mowett. Was outstanding again yesterday. But we’ve got some cover in Midfield. Up front, we’re walking a tightrope and I seriously hope the club bring someone in to take us to the end of the season, even if it’s ‘just’ a loan.

It's hard to pick just one player.

In fact it would be hard to pick just two or three at the minute. The whole team is clicking and playing very well.

Don't think we need to strength, maybe right back.

We should bring another CB in to replace Jackson who doesn't want to be here due to contract refusal!
At least that will show long term planning.
Would hate if we had a "massive" bid which couldn't be turned down for Pinnock and had to rely on just Jacko for rest of season.
Likewise for Moore, it could well happen, although I get the impression he wants to see the job through and get a promotion!

Just thinking about the turnover of players at Oakwell. It didn't surprise me to understand that in
a period of 30 months the entire squad apart from two players who beat Millwall in the
play off final are no longer with us. With Isgrove's injury record and the fact
that Davies has not yet been offered a deal, come the end of the season, it's possible that none
of that winning team could still be with the Club.
