    Very underwhelming.

    Probably the best brows on a player since Owen Archdeacon though.

    Think that just illustrates what our club has become. Buy young players, hope they come off and we make a profit. That’s the limit of the ambition and quite worrying as far as I am concerned. Still hope we don’t flog anyone else tonight.

    Thought we were getting someone who could cover moore or woodrwow being injured.

    If this is the big transfer day signing I'm very disappointed. We've sold potts who was first team regular who contributed lots. We've lost two players to the only two teams above us If that wasn't to make wage room for new signings they were bafflingly stupid sales

    Only positive for me, is that it probably confirms that we are not prepared
    to let Moore go anywhere. Sunderland seem to have now switched target(s).
    Grant Mc Cann been on Radio Dee Dar saying they've rejected a seven
    figure bid from Sunderland for John Marquis.

    Seems utterly pointless. Cash for someone we can't use. Why not wait until the summer to do a deal? And our pool of potential signings will be of a higher quality if we can get promoted.

    We sign and improve players. Welcome to Oakwell George.

    Signing proven strikers doesn't always work. Tommy tap in was prolific with Walsall but left us as a 1 in 4 man.

    Let's see what Stendel can do with the lad.

    I'm relieved we've loaned him back. I'd be more worried if we thought he was ready to step into a promotion chasing team. I won't be happy if we don't bring another first teamer in though.
