Lost complete control of his team here and has no authority over chelsea

Lose today and he will quit.

He was a bizarre appointment to begin with, had a couple of decent seasons but nothing major. His decision to base everything around Jorginho whos very poor is going to cost him his job not the keepers actions today.

disagree, the gaffer should be the gaffer, he was appointed by the board rightly or wrongly to manage the team, you can,t have players undermining the manager, the keeper should be offloaded asap...

Just watched the BBC News. The Sports segment featured the issue with the keeper refusing
to come off. Sarri has now backtracked and said it was " a misunderstanding."
His actions at the time it happened, didn't mirror that. The pundits are speculating
that Abramovich has lost interest after his visa was refused, but even if he has,
    can't honestly see Sarri surviving.

Conti lost them as well... begs the question - do the players as professionals need to have a look at themselves?

If a player refuses to come off he is completely in the wrong, not the manager and it should be the player punished.

Having said that I have no idea why Sarri made himself look like a complete mug in the post match press conference. He's done himself no favours at all and has, in my opinion, undermined himself even further.

The captain Aspelacueta (whatever) should have stepped in. For me this spoke volumes. Roy Keane would have kicked him off. He needs stripping of the captaincy at least.

If my boss earned a third of what I did, I'd think I was better than him.

The players wouldn’t have dared to defy Cloughie in the first place
