    Assuming it's a Sunderland Portsmouth final and at least one of those is in the league 1 pjay off final, how much advantage would already having played at Wembley be?

    We really need to try and avoid the playoffs as it's rarely good for the 3rd placed team going into them in terms of momentum and morale. As when we played Walsall who had been up there all season and blew them away after just scraping 6th spot.

    If I was a Barnsley or Luton supporter I would be praying that it was a Sunderland v Portsmouth final.

    The extra game will be a distraction and would be another game we would both need to squeeze in at some point. As we all know points in the bag are far better.

    I fully expect Jack Ross to do what he has done all the way through this competition and play quite a few players who don't feature regularly in the first team.

    For obvious reasons I hope we finish in the top 2 particularly as I've been to watch Sunderland at Wembley 4 times now and have never seen us win.
