    Officials couldn’t of made it any clearer that they didn’t want us to win. Karma!!!! Apart from that excellent from the lads and pinnilos oh my days what a player i would kick are lass out of bed for thi!

    Ps hope Sunderland let me down on my acca for 600

    Totally agree shocking referee had no idea at all! No consistency hope we don't have him again

    other than the red card i didn't notice the ref tbh, which is ususally a sign they had a decent game.

    Same ref as Oxford away. Seemed to have it in for us. Dunno if it looked that way on the telly.

    I feared the worst when we lost Brownie but it changed the game completely in that Southend actually believed they could get something out of the game.We then took total control with our pace power after they had come out of their shell

    I agree - sending off was probably the best thing that could happen - Powel was obliged to try and win the game which played right into our hands.

    By the letter of the law red as showing studs and potential to cause danger but come on show a bit of common sense no one injured and not malicious
    Then their captain must have taken Green out numerous times in first 5 mins Green on the pitch. The one where he charged him and sent him sprawling onto track round also had potential to cause injury but nt even spoken to!!
    Getting a joke now!
    One good thing though is think teams latched onto trying to spoil our football by going physical with us. We seem to have upped or style to fight back but we seem to be punished for it and they get away with it!
    Other thing how was push on Lindsay not penalised so blatant

    Pace and power, excactly what we enforce on other teams in this league.
    We have (up to xmas) being getting out muscled by certain teams, however we seem to have added more steel and the ability to break hard and fast on teams.
    Due to the age of our side we still dont get as many free kicks, pens etc.where many other teams lets say know how to get those decisions.
    Talking to a pompy fan as he was telling me how good they were against Bradford but another pen, thats 7 they have for the season! Tried telling him we had 3 in two years. Maybe you should get into the box more he stated!
    Ha ha ha, 10 men yesterday (in the main)produced 20 shots and we have plenty thank you, check the stats.
    No doubt about it it feels like other teams get more decisions than us, every match but thats because they know how to play the ref.
