    Agreed.

    They are more are less guaranteed a play off spot and highly unlikely to finish top 2 so what exactly is the point?

    Surely this is only going to cause upset and distraction in their play off prep.

    Just seen Sky Sports poll currently running at 91% against the sacking.

    Ferguson six years. Three months without a home win is about 8 games? Demands placed on managers now are ludicrous. You have to build your squad, get them onside, establish your tactics and training then work things through, gradually improving players for positions and bringing through youth. 12 months is nowhere near enough time for that.
