Extra time and injuries bring it on

Best case scenario for us this extra time.

I’m not a fan of asking for injuries, don’t particularly like the idea of wishing pain or suffering on anybody. Red cards galore would be much preferable for me.

Maybe a little bit of windmilling and grappling at the end of the match when Pompey get a last gasp extra time winner will do the trick.

He would have been off if I was the ref yellow for the foul and another for getting in the refs face and shouting at him.

I really dont know who or what to cheer and boo here, its an exciting match to watch as a neutral. BUT... remember these teams do involve us so we're not neutrals really, are we ?. lol

Remember our disappointment in the FA cup semi final in 2008, I know it didn’t go into extra time, but we won our next game at Watford and won our relegation battle

Yes that thought had crossed my mind. I expect a reaction from Sunderland on Wednesday and them to win that game comforably - whether they can keep it up for several games in quick sucession is the more interesting question

Honestly think they will want to get back out out on the pitch and make amends for yesterday. Would probably be worse for them if whey had a full 6 days to dwell on yesterday’s result.
