    So we lose 3-1, defence all at sea, tippy tappy football midfield followed time and again by a hopeful hoof up field. and you name Bahre!!?

    We just stopped playing football to feet today and looked v.poor. Nothing came off. Even recent games where we under performed, we at least had spells where we created good chances and played the opposition off the park only for the finishing to let us down. Today we looked second best in every department. I reluctantly agree that our lack of depth in the squad or 'ready players' over what is a long season, combined with the high pressing style of football we play is our undoing.

    Of late there have been some positive to take from every game, but for the first time I am really struggling to take anything remotely encouraging away from this game.

    Complete rubbish, we've got 5 games left, win them all and we still have a chance of automatic promotion, if not we have to use them to get back into form to win the playoffs. Onwards and upwards lads.

    You're not my dearly departed dad reincarnate are you? He used to say carp like that, particularly in October/November after a decent start and even said it a few times in 1996/7.

    Extended season and all the fans watching the matches and we may be at Wembley again for big match
